That'sCommunityEd is invoiced monthly based on the number of payment transactions that occur during the previous month. A payment transaction is any online or staff-entered payment that is not covered by financial assistance.
Monthly plans include hosting in our secure computing cloud, courses, child care, ECFE, reporting, and online functionality. You may turn any of the components on or off at any time at no additional charge.

Facility Management Plan
Facilities management is invoiced monthly per managed building. The facilities management component can be added to existing That'sCommunityEd accounts at anytime with full integration to previous That'sCommunityEd data.
- $25 per building* (per month)
* The Facility Management Plan requires a Monthly or High Volume Plan.

We are committed to excellent customer service and offer outstanding technical support by both e-mail and phone. E-mail support is included with all of our monthly plans. We strive to respond to your e-mails as quickly as possible.
If you need immediate assistance and phone support is required, you may add phone support to your payment plan in one of two ways:
- Monthly Phone Support - $100
- Per Incident Phone Support - $25 per incident
Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If phone support is unavailable please contact us via e-mail. We will respond to your e-mail as soon as possible.
